INCREDIBLY SPACIOUS IN THE PINES! You and your family will love this home which holds so much history! Originally the home to the Kiwanis Club and Boy Scout Troop 85, the building was lovingly restored to a 5 BR, 4 BA vacation home, which is handicapped accessible. Offering two family areas, 3 bedrooms on the first floor, two bedrooms on the 2nd floor, and a separate office if you find yourself having to work during your holiday. There's also an outdoor shower, 2 off-street parking spaces and 2 Rehoboth Beach parking permits provided. You'll be in walking distance to everything that Rehoboth Beach has to offer: gorgeous beaches, the boardwalk, unique boutiques, plus gourmet and casual restaurants. Sleeps 12, No Pets, No Smoking.
Guests pay a $260 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights in the off-season. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Though this house looks small from the outside, it offers a lot of private space for a large crew. It is also accessible for those with special disability needs. We really enjoyed the game table as well!
