A long established neighborhood adjacent to Downtown Tampa and just north of the Historic Hyde Park District, it boasts a mix of single family homes, condos, apartments, restaurants and light commercial offices; as well as drop-in, friendly drinking establishments and nearby breweries. The West Riverfront neighborhood has reached “critical mass” as the place to work, live and play. As such, new residential homes are being constructed, which may occasionally result in light construction noise.

Lane Riverfront Park, it is only a 5-10 minute walk across the Hillsborough River to the Tampa Riverwalk and downtown attractions.
