Summary: The room was clean and lovely, but the temperature was so hot! We could not get it to get cooler. Fortunately, we were able to open a window which did minimal to cool the room even though it was 12 degrees outside! I mentioned this when we checked out and the front desk did remove the resort fee, which was very nice of them.
