A firepit and grill outside so you can relax around the fire or put steaks on the rack. Has both a washer and dryer, kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils so you can still cook if you wish to do so. The home has been recently remodeled, has a big 2 car garage as well. Close to the freeway 60 and 202 so you can get around Mesa quickly if need be.
