Summary: Stayed for one week over Christmas. The house layout was great for a family gathering. 2 master suites with en suite baths plus a third separate bath. Kitchen was great for meal prep and entertaining with plenty of table/chair space and counter top space. Beautiful beach views from most of the house and only steps to the beautiful and mostly quiet and secluded beach. Nice pool area. Pool is not heated so not usable for half of the year (Nov-April): Just a FYI for people coming from northern climates and not familiar with North Florida weather in the winter (pool temp during our Dec stay was 63 degrees). The location is in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood and yet only a few minutes drive to grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. Overall great property and highly recommended.
