Positive: Overall, it’s a nice place, and for the most part is very clean too. Pool and hot tub areas are very nice The whole outdoors scene is pleasing The Sandwich Stop was a wonderful lunch spot – thanks for the suggestion We went to the Kaiser Grille, 205 S Palm Canyon, for dinner. Wonderful dinner, $$$

Negative: Kitchen cups and glasses are cheap, lightweight plastic – please replace them Bathrooms need updating, floors are dirty and are missing tiles The Drain (screen) in the second shower is clogged Coffee maker needs to be descaled If I were to select 12 oz cup of coffee on the coffee maker, the available coffee cups would overflow The light on the staircase is not working

Summary: My wife commented that if we were to stay here back in the 60's it would have been a hopping place.
