Walk from the front door, and you can easily check out Fairfield Lake, a plethora of restaurants and shops. If you want more excitement, Sapphire Valley Resort offers a wide array of amenities, including shared pools (indoor and outdoor), sports courts, golf, and more for a small extra fee. And, after a full day of fun, you can soak in your private jetted tub in either bathroom!
Inside, each unit has a large primary bedroom with an attached bath. One side has a full kitchen, and the other is outfitted with a smaller kitchenette, so you will have no trouble whipping up tasty meals and snacks. And, with high-speed WiFi and streaming capabilities on the TVs, you will have no trouble cozying up on chilly winter nights for a movie night!

THINGS TO KNOW
-The home has the option to buy Sapphire Valley amenities for $5 per day or $25 per week per person. This will give you access to two swimming pools, a hot tub, a sauna, a complete gym, tennis courts, a basketball court, pickleball, miniature golf, and paddle boating and swimming at Fairfield Lake. All just a short drive from the home.
-The fireplace is not for guest use.
-Streaming is available with guests' own accounts.
-Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
-All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
-No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
