About the space:
This pet-friendly, 2-bed, 2 bath, Crestview condo is an excellent place to enjoy everything you love about Mammoth Lakes. The property is very close to the Village at Mammoth, Canyon Lodge and the free town shuttle – allowing easy access to the whole town! The home has recently been updated with brand new luxury vinyl flooring and fresh paint throughout.
This property is a well laid out open floor plan, comfortably sleeping 6 people. The living area has an open floorplan with living room, dining area and full kitchen. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to cook a delicious meal. The living room has gorgeous natural light from with large windows, comfortable couches with a queen-sized pullout bed, a flatscreen TV, and a cozy wood burning fireplace. Off the living area is a private deck, perfect for taking in the scenery.
The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed, dressers for clothing storage, and an ensuite bathroom with vanity and tub/shower. The second bedroom offers two single sized beds, with closet space. The second bathroom is located just off the second bedroom and reading nook; it also offers a vanity and tub/shower.
We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a fully stocked kitchen. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, laundry detergent, firewood, firestarter, and matches. Firewood is located on the deck.

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Crestview. There is a jacuzzi, sauna, underground parking, community BBQ (seasonal), and recreation room with a piano and pool table.
There is an allotted parking space in the garage (6'6”), and 1 spot available in the outdoor parking area. 2 parking passes provided and must be displayed in the vehicles at all times during your stay. This area is very popular during the winter. Street parking on the roads is not allowed in winter months from November to April 30th.
