Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The location was great and the space was comfortable. Hot tub out the back was a huge win as well.

Negative: There are a few things. 1- I wish you knew we had even booked the stay. 2- The contact information both phone and e mail was incorrect on the e mail confirmation 3- Our guaranteed check in time of 4:00 was not ready 4- the post says there is a coffee maker. We purchased coffee for the stay but did not know it was a kureg and there were no reusable pods 5- The code was not correct in the e mail and I could not get a hold of the owner via the ring cam. There was another man there that i randomly asked and he had the code so we were non locked out too long

Summary: You offered an extra night which we could not use but I would like a 1 night refund for the trouble
