Step outside and discover the best of lake life. A private dock with a covered boat lift makes it easy to spend your days swimming, boating, paddle boarding, or just floating in the sun. This property is just a short boat ride to the nearest marina and gas station - allowing you close access to fill up your boat so you don't have to worry about running out of gas after a day on the lake. You are also a short drive from Pend Oreille Shores Resort with more activities available there to enjoy (additional resort specific fees apply). After a day on the water, soak in the saltwater hot tub perched above the shoreline, a peaceful and luxurious way to relax while gazing out across the lake. Gather round for a family dinner on the large patio with seating for everyone while basking in the lake views. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit for s’mores, stargazing, and laughter that carries well into the night.
Inside, the home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests with a layout designed for both relaxation and connection. On the main floor, Bedroom #1 features a plush King bed and easy access to a full bath. Upstairs, Bedroom #2 also offers a King bed, while Bedroom #3 is a spacious bunkroom with two Double-over-Queen bunkbeds, a large smart TV, and sleeping space for up to eight guests, making it ideal for kids, cousins, or friends.
For added convenience and flexibility, the home features two full kitchens located side by side. This rare setup provides double the space for meal prep and storage, with two refrigerators, two stoves and ovens, and two sinks. It’s the perfect arrangement for large groups or multiple families sharing the space.
The home is equipped with central air conditioning to keep you cool on hot summer days, and a strong, reliable internet connection that’s perfect for remote work, streaming, or staying connected during your stay.

**Note: This home has exterior CCTV security cameras in use.
**Each year, on September 18th OR the 3rd Sunday in September (whichever is later), the Army Corps of Engineers begins dropping the water level of Lake Pend Oreille until ultimately reducing it by a total of 10-12 feet. Around the 4th week in September ALL boat docks and boat lifts on the lake become inaccessible and unusable, as the water completely recedes back from the shoreline leaving just bare ground beneath the docks. The agreement with the Army Corps of Engineers states the lake level must be restored to full pool level each year no later than July 4th, however, the last 10+ years the lake water has been at full pool level around the 2nd or 3rd week in June.
**Please note: We want to be transparent that there may be intermittent daytime construction noise that may be heard from neighboring properties as they undergo updates this summer.

Guests have access to the entire home and attached garage - there is no access to the detached shop. The driveway for this property is shared with the neighboring property, so it's important to park only in the (4) designated parking spaces.
