More room than you can use with three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, full kitchen, dining, and a laundry area. The size of the home doesn't really matter because you'll be spending all your time on the huge wrap around deck with plenty of seating and dining opportunities. You’ll be out in the country and up a long gravel road, you can count on privacy! This home has free high-speed Internet and free long distance calling across the US. We’re absolutely surrounded by US Forest Service land, so you never know what kind of wildlife you’ll spot meandering across the property. You're going to be very comfortable and not want to leave but if you do leave the home you'll find plenty to do in the surrounding area like hiking, gem mining, antiquing and much more.
Cell phones will either be spotty or not work at this location, however, a landline is provided with free calls to the continental US.
Internet is provided so you can use the VoIP service offered on most phones (Voice Over Internet Protocol).
We supply 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom 2 two rolls of paper towels in kitchen, along with starter (hotel size) soaps, detergent and shampoo. This is not meant to sustain you for your entire visit, this is just enough so you can settle in before shopping.
Pets are permitted with the pet fee ($50 per pet). If you are NOT bringing a pet, just let us know and we will delete the fee.
We live in a very rural area without garbage pick-up, plus an abundance of wildlife that will surely go through your trash. Please keep trash inside and take a load with you each time you leave the home and drop at one of the recycling centers (you are provided detailed information and directions). If we haul your trash, there will be $25 deducted from your security deposit.
What we supply:
As well as a clean and tidy home with all furnishings, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, and linens, we also supply a starter amount of soaps (dish, washing machine, shampoo, body soap, hand soap, etc). and a starter amount of wood logs if there is a woodburning fireplace or firepit as well as fire starter sticks. After the initial evening at the home, the guest will need to go shopping for additional supplies to get them through their visit.
