Comfortably furnished with wireless internet and smart TV and it's pet friendly with a minimum $150 pet fee. Number of dogs & breed restrictions may apply. Have a bigger party? Ask your agent about also booking 43 C Maryland downstairs! Gas Grill and outdoor space is shared with guests in condominium unit downstairs. There is one off-street parking space and the owners provide two Rehoboth Beach Parking Permits for guests to use, at no additional cost. Please note there is NO Washer & Dryer.
Guests staying less than 7 nights pay an $90 cleaning fee. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.

Summary: Downstairs neighbors were very intrusive. They dominated the shared space like it was their own. Parked on street because of the shared parking situation. No laundry in upstairs apartment 43D listed in fine print of contract. Online listing says coin laundry available. That is NOT on property for upstairs rental. Location was great. Upstairs apartment was small but enough for two people. Nicely decorated.
