The first floor offers one bedroom, one bath, two living rooms, a fully appointed kitchen, and a laundry room. The 2nd level offers a combined bedroom and living room. There is a large front porch with rockers to enjoy the views of the creek and forest and there is a back porch with hot tub. The home can easily host a group of couples or a family as there’s enough room to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The cabin is in the back of a very lovely community. The cottage has easy access as it is off of a flat road that is mostly paved and part gravel. There is ample parking that is suitable for all vehicles and motorcycles. After a fun day of outdoor recreation, have a soothing soak in the home’s private hot tub or gather around the fireplace in the family room with your travel companions. You won’t have to miss the basic conveniences of a home while staying here – This home comes with its own washer and dryer plus a fully equipped kitchen, and gas grill so you can make yummy home-cooked meals while on vacation.
The home's setting is picturesque as the home sits on 9 beautiful acres and there is a forest surrounding the home that is host to deer turkey and other wildlife. There are two other small Tiny House cabins on this 9 acre property. They are rentals as well and are situated a good distance away from the cabin and the outdoor spaces all face opposite directions to optimize privacy. You’ll also have easy access to everything the Great Smoky Mountain region has to offer, including opportunities for hiking, biking, horseback riding, boating, fishing, white-water rafting, shopping, dining, sightseeing and more. The Nantahala National Forest and Lake Fontana, the Fontana Dam and the Great Smokey Mountain Railway are some of the many favorite things to do that are super close to the cabin.
