Sun room (second floor) with queen sofa bed (2 people) and wet bar with gorgeous ocean views to Bethany Beach and Fenwick Island; NEW roof top deck with gorgeous ocean views (third level). Home is just one house back from the beach front with ocean views from: living room, dining room, kitchen, den (second floor), roof top deck (third floor) and deck. The home has easy beach access across the street! It is located in front of a beach entrance. The house has been upgraded overall. Recent upgrades include master bath updates, new kitchen, new den, new decks updated living room and bedrooms with new closets and fresh paint overall the house. Very large, open living and dining area has bright, beachy decor. Central air conditioning, expanded new kitchen with gorgeous ocean views, including microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. House includes washer/dryer, 2 Flat Screen TVs, 2 DVD players, WiFi, deck, outside shower, charcoal grill and picnic table in the yard. Offstreet parking for up to 5 vehicles.
