The Private Pool can be heated for an additional fee of only $50 per day ($200 minimum). Cypress ceilings and custom Oak hardwood floors throughout the home, plus a feature wall in the living room. Three of the five bedrooms have private Gulf Front balconies. First floor has downstairs entrance to the pool with 2 bedrooms, a full bath and finished garage. The 2nd floor offers 10' ceilings with the living area and Master Bedroom. Spectacular views of the Gulf from the 2nd floor kitchen, dining area & living room. There are 2 en suite bedrooms on the 3rd floor. The garage has been converted to a comfortable living space with 2 full beds. This house has a Washer/Dryer, TVs and DVD players.
