Over the last 30-40 years many 3 Deckers have been converted to condos, the natural design is appealing to city dwellers who appreciate the high ceilings, bay windows and private outdoor space it affords its residents.

There are many MBTA buses that run throughout our neighborhood. The Boston Landing Commuter Station is a short walk from our house and is just one stop to Fenway and two to Back Bay (downtown). We are not located on the T.
